Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) primary focus is to execute strategic and successful outbound activities that lead to qualified business opportunities. SDR activities include, but are not limited to, outbound cold calling, sequence / cadence writing and execution, social media outreach, coordinating sales strategies and plans with sales reps, target account prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and post-event follow up.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Work inbound leads within a defined SLA and qualify or disqualify against established criteria.
  • Meet business-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls, emails, sales accepted opportunities, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Use outbound prospecting automation tools to effectively manage activities.
  • Collaborate with our teams to hone and develop new and meaningful outreach strategies.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Product Marketing to sharpen your skills, share insights, and improve prospecting strategies.
  • Learn and speak about many solutions and value propositions as well as common objections and be able to address them with prospects.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree is desired; Six to twelve months of prospecting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven coachable learner and high achiever with a relentless drive for monthly quota attainment.
  • Proven time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Commitment to daily activity goals to ensure consistent performance and results.
  • Experience with a CRM (SFDC is preferred).
  • Fluent in German, English and French (verbal and written) required.
