Your Responsibilities
- Drive Growth : Generate and qualify leads manage your sales pipeline and convert potential customers into long-term e-commerce partnerships.
- Acquire New Customers : Proactively reach out to prospects identify their needs and develop solutions that sustainably drive their growth in Europe.
- Create Solutions : Translate customer requirements into tailored offers and support them through the entire sales process from first contact to implementation.
- Identify Market Trends : Monitor the market and competitors deliver valuable insights and help strengthen our sales strategy.
- 7S Ambassador : Represent Seven Senders at trade shows and customer meetings.
Qualifications : Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration or Economics.
- You have 23 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of above-average sales success. You are confident working with KPIs like conversion rates pipeline and activities.
- You have excellent communication skills are empathetic confident and persuasive on the phone by email and in person.
- Customer orientation is second nature to you you quickly recognize client needs and develop tailored value-creating solutions.
- You speak fluent German and English at a high level; additional languages are a plus.
