Overview

Magnet Forensics is a global leader in the development of digital investigative software that acquires, analyzes, and shares evidence from computers, smartphones, tablets, and IoT-related devices. We are continually innovating so our customers can deploy advanced and effective tools to protect their companies, communities, and countries. Serving thousands of customers globally, our solutions are helping investigators modernize digital investigations, fight crime, protect assets, and guard national security. With employees based around the world, Magnet Forensics supports learning and development and offers a collaborative team with strong values and integrity. If you think you would be the right person to join our team, we would love to hear from you.

Your Role

At Magnet Forensics, Sales Development Reps are the frontlines of the customer experience. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key player in our growth plans. Through top-of-funnel activities, including inbound lead response and outbound prospecting, the SDR will generate and qualify sales opportunities for Account Executives. This role offers an opportunity for growth and a foundation for a career in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and more.

What You Will Accomplish
  • Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing, based on defined lead qualification criteria.
  • Leverage prospecting strategies (phone, email, social networking) to connect with prospective customers, identify needs and challenges, and qualify interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team (Account Executives) to schedule discovery meetings with sales-ready leads/prospects.
  • Utilize marketing and sales tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, including prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
  • Manage new contacts in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects on a consistent basis and build strong relationships.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team and build relationships across the organization.

Note: Candidate must reside in Germany. Language requirements: Verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are preferred.

What We Are Looking For
  • We value candidates who demonstrate indicators of success through skills and experiences, not only those who have “been there, done that.” We are committed to your development and to learning from you as you learn from us.
Must-Haves
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills, with excellent verbal and written English. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • Passion for developing new skills and building a network of peers and mentors.
The Magnet CODE
  • CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference.

  • DEDICATE – We commit to meeting the needs of our customers and helping them serve others.
  • EVOLVE – We continuously innovate and collaborate to make an impact.

  • MIN: €44,000; MID: €55,000; MAX: €66,000 (EUR)
