We operate a full-stack model—from kitchen to client—and are scaling fast, with multiple new product lines (events, buffets) already gaining traction. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable startup at an inflection point.

We’re now looking for an ambitious SDR Associate to join our commercial team and help accelerate our next stage of growth. You will work closely with our Founder & Growth Team. This role is designed with the intention of transitioning into a more senior commercial role for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities — as a core member of our Growth Team, you will:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile, including customer needs, buying triggers, and decision-making processes
  • Manage inbound leads: act as the first point of contact, conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and move opportunities forward
  • Build and execute outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and your own creative outreach ideas
  • Own early-stage customer discovery and contribute directly to revenue generation
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and channels to build a repeatable outbound motion
  • Gather customer insights and translate feedback into improvements for sales positioning, product offerings, and go-to-market strategy
  • Act as a bridge between prospects and internal teams (Growth, Operations, Product) to ensure strong handovers and feedback loops
Your Profile — you are an ambitious, early-career talent who wants to grow fast
  • 0–2 year experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree or proven excellence (e.g. side project, startup, freelance work)
  • Business fluency in English & German
  • Strong communication and discovery skills; you’re comfortable speaking with prospects
  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented — you catch the small things others miss
  • High ownership and initiative; you like to move quickly and make things happen
  • Hands-on attitude — you’re ready to help wherever needed
  • Bonus: Sales experience in B2B services, catering, hospitality, or startups
