About the Company

This role is fully remote but applicants must live in IL, MI or IN.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an attorney with immigration experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the immigration process. Preferring a candidate to be available to be on-site in our office located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, however, would consider a remote working arrangement.

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, and deportation defense.
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
  • Represent clients in immigration court and before government agencies.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.

Qualifications
