Role: Regional Risk and Quality Assurance Manager

You will be part of the Global Field Consulting (GFC), driving projects to enhance our consulting quality, streamline approaches across countries, and develop consultants. Within GFC, the Global Quality and Risk Unit (GQR) manages Risk Management processes across all NTT DATA Business Solutions companies.

The Risk and Quality Assurance team monitors risks throughout project phases operatively. You will manage Risk and QA processes for selected projects, engaging with and coordinating FTEs.

1. Implementation and execution of Risk and Quality Assurance Management for selected consulting projects.
2. Execution of risk assessments during project handovers.
3. Operational risk management and assessments.
4. Ensuring risk mitigation activities are executed and followed.
5. Escalation management and recovery processes for project escalations.
6. Supporting continuous improvement of Risk & QA processes within your region.

What we expect from you:

• Over 5 years’ experience in SAP project delivery, including financials/KPI management.
• Strong multinational project experience recommended.
• Over 3 years’ experience in Risk Management and QA reviews.
• Ability to work autonomously and organize multi-profile teams.
• Good customer and service orientation.
• Experience overcoming remote working challenges across cultures and time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
