You will partner with hiring managers, manage job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have recruiting experience in a startup or tech-driven environment and be fluent in both German and English. Your mission

• Own and run the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and hiring needs.
• Develop and manage job descriptions, job postings and recruiting campaigns.
• Build talent pipelines across DeepTech roles from tech to operations to science.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage and optimize our recruiting tools (e.g. Personio, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track metrics and continuously improve our hiring approach.
• Represent Impossible Founders as a thoughtful, inspiring, and values‑driven employer.

Your profile

• Experience in recruiting, ideally in a startup or tech‑driven environment.
• Strong communicator with an eye for talent and team fit.
• You know how to work fast, stay organized, and handle multiple roles in parallel.
• Familiar with modern recruiting tools and techniques as well as DEI hiring strategies.
• Enjoy working autonomously and take ownership from day one.
• Believe that recruiting is not just filling roles—it's building the future of a company.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bonus: experience with DeepTech profiles and employer branding.
