About the Role

Join a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team for a recently acquired PE-backed Business Services firm, where you will be responsible for driving international transformation initiatives for a global organisation recently acquired by a large-cap PE investor. The team works closely with senior leadership across the fund and business to optimise international operations, enhance performance, and shape the future through strategic commercial and operations projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead strategic and operational projects within the international transformation program
  • Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities across the value chain
  • Manage projects end-to-end (time, budget, quality)
  • Guide internal teams through conception, piloting, and implementation phases
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and develop KPIs to validate hypotheses
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops and management meetings
  • Design and implement communication, training, and change management concepts
  • Support the development of internal employees in project management skills
What We’re Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consulting
  • Proven experience in project or workstream management
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex topics independently and confidently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
