What you’ll do.
- You’ve got the project lead’s back and make sure they can focus on content and clients — you keep an eye on everything else that’s organizational. Working closely with the team, you coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, and keep project documents up to date.
- You keep track of deadlines, maintain schedules and project plans, and ensure that to-dos are followed up reliably. As a link between project lead, creative team, production, and external partners, you keep everyone informed and bring structure into the day-to-day business.
- In addition to organizing, you support with proposals, cost overviews, and budget control. You carefully review incoming and outgoing invoices and stay on top of approvals and payments.
- And because projects are dynamic, you jump in wherever things are heating up — whether it’s research, preparing presentations, or spontaneous everyday tasks. With charm, structure, and team spirit, you help projects run smoothly and make agency life easier.

What we value.
- Basics. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

- Experience. Initial experience in film, event, or media production, or in agency‑related projects, is a plus. You are familiar with basic project management workflows and understand how timelines, budgets, and coordination fit together.
- Tools. You are confident with Microsoft Office — especially PowerPoint. Creating structured documents, polished presentations, and well‑maintained overviews comes naturally to you.
- Mindset. You are pragmatic, think ahead, and find good solutions even in turbulent moments. Business trips are enjoyable for you and part of the variety of projects.
