This person will be leading the growth strategy in the UK and will have full project lifecycle experience – from strategy and land acquisition through to construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Leading development of growth and expansion strategies for hyperscale data centre developments
• Land acquisition and liaising with local authorities to obtain environmental and build permits
• Oversee each data centre project through the full lifecycle – from acquiring the land through to construction
• Engage with clients, investors, partners, and authorities, influencing strategic discussions at the executive and board levels
• Oversee key development risks such as planning, land, power, supply chain, and programme
• Lead financial and commercial modelling, including ROI, value optimisation, and cost-risk assessments
