We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Product Manager (m/f/d) to support our ABOUT YOU Partner Portal onsite in Hamburg.

Our ABOUT YOU Partner Portal is part of the Supply Tech Unit and is a single point of contact for the entire partner journey across operating models incl. several features and dashboards that enable partners to monitor and manage their business easily.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, create concepts as well as solution options, and translate them into technical tasks
• Prioritize and manage the implementation of tasks by a joint development team using agile methods like SCRUM or Kanban
• Ensure developers remain unblocked by identifying and solving issues in an efficient and pragmatic way
• Work closely together with stakeholders and other product teams with clear guidance regarding cross-system solutions
• Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value
• Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high, get yourself involved wherever needed, and bring drive into your project topic
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision‑making processes

Who you are

• Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
• At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You are analytical, data‑driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• You are always prepared, well‑organized and on time
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
