Tasks
- Develop and implement the product strategy for Proprietary Parts to maximise sales, profit and customer satisfaction, taking into account technical, financial and market-related factors
- Analyse and continuously monitor material availability of Proprietary Parts, lead improvement actions to optimise customer satisfaction and financial efficiency
- Support in ensuring sales and profitability, identification of deviations and implementation of countermeasures
- Lead and actively participate in cross-functional and cross-country projects to achieve and develop Proprietary Parts product targets, including sales initiatives, pricing strategies and supply chain optimisation
- Work closely with various departments such as Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve strategic goals
- Manage supply chain planning in terms of inventory investments, strategies and material cost management
- Evaluate supply chain conditions and optimise processes to improve product placement in the market and efficiency in the value chain
Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, project management and supply chain / logistics, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in the after-sales market is an advantage
- Detailed user knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel) and SAP/R3, experience with Skywise an advantage
- Business fluent in English and proficient in German
- Work permit for the EU available
