Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies : Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for IT procurement, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality acquisitions across software, hardware, cloud, and telecommunications.
• Manage Supplier Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and cutting-edge sourcing solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with internal teams to understand and meet their IT requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
• Reporting and Documentation : Ensure timely and accurate procurement reporting and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, with a focus on IT procurement, including software, hardware, cloud, and / or telecommunications.
• Skills : Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication : Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Team Player : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Global Mindset : Comfortable working in a global setup with clients in the US and other European countries.
