We are currently looking for a EPC Sourcing Manager - Renewables (all genders) to join our EPC Management & Sourcing team in Central Europe and support us for our Business in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Browse the market to obtain rates from suppliers/subcontractors for the Project cost estimates.

• Manage/support management with the suppliers/subcontractors procurement processes for the German market, including Prequalification, RFP/RFQ, and/or contract negotiation.

• Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.

• Be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests and POs (Purchasing Orders).

• Insert the contracts and POs in the company's internal Digital Management System (DMS).

• Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, MBA or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in PV modules, Power Transformers, BESS systems or subcontractors for Wind farms are a strong plus.
