An automotive industry leader seeks a Remote Phone Sales Representative responsible for converting inbound leads and providing solutions in a consultative manner. You must have a minimum of one year of phone sales experience, preferably in automotive, and possess strong skills in qualifying leads and closing sales. This role offers uncapped commission potential and a supportive team environment to help you succeed. Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively under pressure is essential.
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional)
Pay: Commission-only (uncapped) | $6,000+/month earning potential
Industry: Automotive Powertrain (Engines / Transmissions / Related Components)

Our inbound demand is growing. More customers are calling because their vehicle is down and they need a solution now—engine, transmission, or powertrain replacement—shipped fast and done right.
If you can run phone calls, qualify quickly, quote confidently, and close, you’ll have plenty to work with here.
You’ll work high-intent inbound leads (plus follow-up on open quotes) and sell powertrain solutions by phone. This is consultative—not pushy. Customers are stressed, their car/truck is down, and they want a pro who can guide them to the right unit with clear expectations on price, shipping, warranty, and core returns.
