A leading automotive company in Berlin seeks a skilled customer service representative to handle customer inquiries related to Porsche products. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and documenting interactions in the CRM. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be motivated, and possess a good command of both German and English. A shift-based hybrid work model is available, including weekend work.

Qualifikationen

  • Serve as the first contact for Porsche-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Participate in training to enhance product knowledge.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM tool.

Tasks


  • You are the first point of contact for all Porsche-related matters (e.g., app support, charging our electric cars, technical advice, aftersales processes, digital services).

  • You identify, escalate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints using our digital tools and your ability to engage with our customers.

  • You resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or video calls together with our Porsche experts.

  • You participate in regular training sessions to build expert knowledge of our products and services and thus provide the best possible customer service.

  • You document all customer inquiries in our in-house CRM tool, thereby supporting the development of the CRH.

  • You share your ideas and suggestions for improvement with your team.

  • You stay up to date on all Porsche products/services and are an important part of customer loyalty.


Requirements


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to understand complex automotive products/services.

  • Very good German and English skills (additional language skills are an advantage).

  • Motivated An empathetic personality, but also assertive and self-confident

  • Well-structured and independent working style

  • Relevant experience in customer service and knowledge of the automotive industry are a plus

  • Willingness to work shifts (early, middle, and late shifts)

  • Willingness to work weekends, including Sundays and public holidays

  • Hybrid work on weekends, public holidays, and one weekday is possible
