You will ensure compliance with EHS and security rules on customer sites while executing tests and repairs. Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out troubleshooting during PI period as well as pre-warranty and commissioning (including validation and certification if applicable), including investigation and repair.
  2. Perform fleet check activities.
  3. Report and register any deviations (failure/event) in the Failure Management database, including configuration data.
  4. Support operation helpdesk.
  5. Apply and enforce Alstom and customer EHS & security rules and relevant PI processes on customer sites.
  6. Execute test and troubleshooting procedures to evaluate system performance and perform failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair.
  7. Support implementation of Field Modifications (FM), if required.
  8. Assist with technical investigations by engineering or internal/external suppliers.
  9. Recommend preventative and corrective actions.
  10. Instruct and direct operators in field modifications and repairs as needed.
  11. Advise PI management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product enhancements.
  12. Ensure effective communication about interventions and operations within troubleshooting to support shift transitions, if needed.
  13. Lead troubleshooting teams when necessary.
  14. Conduct peer reviews of PI activities and provide technical leadership when requested.
