Your mission

We’re looking for a proactive Paid Social Manager to run full‑scope paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok in key markets. From strategic planning to daily performance and budget control, you’ll own your channels and push for growth with a hands‑on mindset:

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across assigned markets.
  • Coordinate creative needs tailored to each platform and audience in collaboration with the content team.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust swiftly to improve KPIs.
  • Manage budgets effectively, aligning spend with business goals.
  • Analyze data and performance trends to refine campaign strategies.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and opportunities for scaling. You’ll test new ideas, optimize for efficiency, and manage initiatives that enhance performance across channels.
  • Own projects from start to finish, prioritizing actions that deliver the greatest impact on team and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on goals, creatives, and execution.
  • Stay current on platform updates, social trends, and performance innovations.
Your profile
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience running Meta campaigns in a performance marketing context.
  • Confident understanding of digital KPIs and data‑driven optimization.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented, even when managing multiple campaigns.
  • Proactive and curious - always looking to level up skills and results.
  • Experience in e‑commerce/d2c context is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and native‑level German speaker.
