Join our dynamic Operations Analytics Team! As a cornerstone of our organization, this team serves as a one-stop shop for all data analytics needs related to operations and venues. We pride ourselves on our ability to analyze, automate, and guide other teams, functioning as a consultancy/support mechanism. Our work involves close interactions with upper management, contributing significantly to critical strategic discussions. To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conducting in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to support various operational and venue-related teams.
  • Automating processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Providing consultancy and support to operational and venue teams to steer their activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Engaging in regular exchanges with your manager and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Preparing reports, occasionally presenting findings through PowerPoint presentations.
