GotPhoto is seeking an enthusiastic People Operations & Engagement Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Berlin (working from our office at least 2-3 times a week) to ensure our People Operations run smoothly and employees receive timely, compliant support. Furthermore you will be the culture ambassador, making sure our GotPhotographers feel supported, engaged and welcome, whether they work remotely or from the office.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated People Operations & Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us scale our processes with operational excellence. This role will act as the main point of contact for People Ops topics in Europe, providing accurate payroll, documentation, and employee support throughout the employee lifecycle.
