People & Culture Business Partner (all genders) – Cologne

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll be the cornerstone, the gatekeeper, and the ear to the ground, collecting and sharing insights to improve colleague and business performance. You’ll roll up your sleeves to deep dive into your respective business area, working with heads of department to proactively lead on all things people. This role will be supported by the VP People & Culture Middle Europe to develop strategic business partnering skills. High challenge and high support are core to this role.
Within the People & Culture team at Valtech, we work collaboratively and with strong cohesion, acting as a strategic partner across the business. We believe People & Culture should lead the way in supporting the employee lifecycle, data management and embedding these practices into every team to help grow, support and retain talent.
In this role, we’re looking for someone with strong intuition and exceptional interpersonal skills who can truly partner with our business areas with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
We want you to be brave and challenge the status quo, while also being empathetic and caring. A solid commercial mindset and the ability to make informed decisions based on financial insights are essential. Adaptability is key as the business grows and evolves.
