PCB Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Develop relationships within target customers and or a defined region using a very strong hunter approach to rapidly develop new Printed Circuit Boards customers
- Deploy account strategy in conjunction with Management in order to achieve aims and objectives set for the business while ensuring PCB targets are met profitably
- Responsible for developing new customers and to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes
- Meets and exceeds sales revenues targets set by Management
- Achieves annual sales revenue targets by obtaining new business
- Identifies potential customers and analyzes the customer’s business, mission, strategy, and operations in order to recommend Sanmina products or services
- Engages appropriate resources from cross-functional teams to ensure successful business execution
- Regularly update management on the progress of new customers and new opportunities and provide input into the annual Division’s Budget
- Act as "Quarterback" on new accounts as well as existing accounts to ensure that the utmost in customer satisfaction is achieved
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering
- At least 5 years business development or sales experience of large scale contracts
- Deep knowledge of PCB/Backplane industry with background in manufacturing and an understanding of overall electronics is absolutely mandatory for this role
- Experience in the areas of high‑tech, automotive, industrial, medical and/or aviation
- Proven hunter mentality with a focus on new customer acquisition and high level of persistence
- Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills, leading to results through influence
- Experience working with vast remote cross‑functional teams in large matrix organizations
- Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multi‑task and organize
- Located preferably in Germany (home office) with work permit in Germany
- Extensive travelling required
- High proficiency level in both German and English
- Excellent MS Office skills
