You will process monthly payroll for all employees and ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and social security requirements.

You will drive the optimization of payroll processes and implement new digital solutions within projects.

You will support employees and managers in special payroll cases and provide support with complex issues.

You will work closely with external and internal partners and create reports, statistics, and evaluations – e.g., for controlling or authorities.You will support international payroll and compliance issues, especially during global expansion.

Requirements

To be prepared for your career as a payroll specialist, you have the following qualifications:

Completed degree in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience.Passion for optimizing and digitizing processes in the context of payroll accounting.Expertise in wage tax and social security law. You have experience in conducting payroll accounting, ideally with an international focus. You are familiar with SAP HCM or comparable software, as well as Excel.Your work style is structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented. You are characterized by initiative, a sense of responsibility, and openness to change.
