Overview

Partner Manager - French-speaking (m / f / d) in Berlin, Konstanz or Remote Italy. We are currently looking for a Partner Manager (m / f / d) to join our team in Berlin, Konstanz, or Remote Italy.

Who You Are

  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in partner management, especially within the EMEA technology landscape.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and can build from the ground up.
  • Successful track record in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management at a software company.
  • Analytical, using data to inform decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural and business nuances.
  • Experience in building and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Relationship builder capable of recruiting and negotiating with potential partners, from system integrators to consulting firms.
  • Strategic planner and executor with problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communicator experienced in providing updates, sharing insights, and collaborating across time zones.

Knowledge of data science or analytics is a plus but not required; technical training can be provided. Fluency in English and French is required; Italian is a bonus. A good sense of humor is appreciated.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the EMEA partner strategy, including market identification and setting recruitment and revenue goals.
  • Source, qualify, and onboard new partners, providing necessary training and resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, supporting their sales efforts with training and co-selling.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales opportunities from lead to deal closure.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, nurture top partners, and optimize growth strategies.

We are open to candidates in Konstanz, Berlin, or Italy, with exceptional remote candidates considered. Compensation depends on experience.
