Were seeking a reliable Executive & Recruiting Assistant to support our founders across recruiting scheduling and day-to-day ops. The start : asap.
Tasks
- Recruiting: Post and manage job ads on platforms like JOIN and Upwork pre-screen candidates and manage communication to help us find top talent.
- Calendar and Travel Management: Proactively manage calendars and travel schedules for founders ensuring their time is optimized for high-impact activities.
- Meeting Leadership: Prepare meeting agenda presentation materials and follow up on action items to ensure all meetings are productive.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee internal documents and systems manage expense tracking and accounting preparation.
- Project Ownership: Take initiative and own a wide range of ad-hoc tasks from start to finish.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant Recruiting Coordinator or similar role (preferably in startups or tech)
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Confident with tools : Google Workspace Slack Dropbox Excel Zoom
- You have a strong curiosity for and a solid understanding of tools that increase efficiency including GenAI tools like ChatGPT
- Excellent communication in English (German a plus)
- Proactive independent and trustworthy
