The legal team is an internal service unit that supports Sportradar's fast growth by ensuring a solid and secure foundation. It includes several divisions to ensure integrity and trust are met and exceeded, including Corporate & Employment Law, Privacy, Litigation, Compliance & Risk, Commercial Sales Legal, and Sports Partnership Legal.
For the Sports Partnership Legal sub-unit, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Paralegal to serve Sportradar’s Rights & Sports Partnership division by providing legal support and reviewing/administering standard legal documents (such as NDAs, MoUs, Termination Agreements, Amendments, Term Sheets, etc.) on a global basis for the entire Sportradar Group. The Paralegal will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our licensing activities and their implementation in client agreements.
The Paralegal will work as part of an experienced and international legal team, acting as an interface between regional and product teams, the commercial Rights & Partnership unit, and the legal department to ensure consistent legal project support and maintenance of contractual standards, e.g., for the scope of commercial rights.
