Qualifikationen

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treuhand & Verwahrung, Clearing, Sicherheitenmanagement oder Bankwesen.
• Erfahrung im Kryptobereich ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des täglichen Krypto- und Fiat-Treasury.
• Durchführung täglicher Abrechnungsoperationen.
• Verwaltung von SSI.
• Untersuchung von fälligen Abrechnungen und Auftragsbearbeitung.
• Ansprechpartner für die zurückliegenden Punkte für das Middle Office, Trading Desk, Risikomanagement, Beziehungsmanagement und Kunden.
• Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation von Prozessen für Compliance und Prüfungen.
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Funktionen und Verbesserungen durch Anforderungen und Tests.

Aufgaben

• Support daily crypto and fiat treasury
• Operate daily settlement operations
• SSI management
• Investigate on due settlements and work on reconciliation break resolution
• Act as the contact person for the middle office, trading desk, risk management, relationship management and clients referring to back office items
• Ensuring proper documentation of processes for compliance and audits
• Supporting the implementation of new features and improvements with requirements and testing

Qualifikation

• University degree with a background in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in trustee & depository, custody, clearing, collateral management or banking industry
• Beneficiary: professional experience in a crypto environment
• Quick comprehension as well as a confident and sovereign appearance
• Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
• Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
• Excellent German and English skills
