You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Logistics

• Responsible for the receipt organization and proper storage of goods in the warehouse area
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor
• Optimal warehouse management including inventory monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness
• Conducting regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability
• Coordinating timely reordering of goods in cooperation with the Supply Chain department and internal systems
• Ensuring compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines

Stockroom Skills

• Continuous development of personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes
• Training team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control
• Developing efficient stockroom solutions to support product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborating closely with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness

Operations

• Supporting the stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor
• Preparing products for sale (e.g. labeling unpacking sorting)
• Working in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and on the sales floor
• Assisting with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions
• Manage shrinkage through proper storage
• Responsibility to run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
• Support and execute regular inventory counts

KPIs

• Stock accuracy
• Inventory accuracy rate
• Availability of goods in comparison with sales targets
• Parts per goods receipt
• Average stock retention time
• Feedback from store team and customers
• Contribution of the stockroom to store performance
