Description Overview

Are you passionate about driving innovation, optimizing processes, and leading impactful projects? At Perrigo in Herrenberg, we're looking for a dynamic professional to evaluate, design, and implement robust, lean manufacturing processes that power our success. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing strategic initiatives and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer projects using proven local and global methodologies.

Please note it's a temporary position (2 years).

Scope of the Role
  • Evaluate, design, and ensure robust, functional, and lean manufacturing processes.
  • Independently manage smaller or sub‑projects.
  • Initiate and lead improvement or development projects in collaboration with R&D or bulk manufacturing teams.
  • Perform reporting, documentation, and other miscellaneous operational tasks.
Experience Required
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a comparable field, with at least 2 years of experience in developing liquid manufacturing processes.
  • Business & Project Skills: Solid understanding of business administration and proven project management capabilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with lab‑scale setups, scale‑up processes, trials, and validation runs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
  • Working Style: Flexible, pragmatic, and capable of managing a diverse range of tasks independently.
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and QMS; experience in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous.
  • Mindset: Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. A true team player who thrives in cross‑functional collaboration.
