National Business Manager - Insulin Pumps / Diabetes Management - Germany Based

• Insulin Pump experience strongly preferred

CHASE are working with a fantastic company that has a highly regarded service-offering in the Insulin Pump/Diabetes Management field.

They are looking for a National Business Manager for Germany to head up and spearhead their commercial activities. The role will have a number of talented direct-reports (Commercial, sales) across Germany and will report directly into their overseas Global HQ.

As this is a business-critical role, the successful individual will need to have:

• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive commercial performance
• Experience of strategy setting & driving commercial activities
• Team player with the ability to lead & inspire sales and clinical teams
• Proven leadership, communication and mentoring skill set
• Clinical capability with regard to insulin delivery and diabetes management - Insulin Pumps / CGM
• Medical industry sales experience as well as strong diabetes - essential
• Marketing experience / exposure - preferred
• Market access experience - preferred
• Keen understanding of all clinical aspects of diabetes and diabetes management - essential (Insulin Pumps)
• Please note - location is flexible with field-based travel
