We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the technical evolution of our customer service platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment, integrating cutting‑edge AI tools, and ensuring seamless system performance.

Possible locations: Berlin, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, Baden‑Baden, or Münster

Yourresponsibilities :
  • Design and implement scalable configurations within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integrations with backend systems.
  • Deploy and fine‑tune AI‑driven tools such as Copilot, chatbots, and virtual agents to enhance customer interactions.
  • Lead technical aspects of platform migration from legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement performance improvements.
  • Manage security configurations, user roles, and access controls in compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and support teams to deliver robust technical solutions and continuous improvements.
Yourprofile :
  • Proven experience in technical configuration and development within Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in customer service environments (e.g., Copilot, chatbots).
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and role‑based access control.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve system inefficiencies.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
