RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS

• Shop management and maintenance:
  • Maintenance and updating of our customer online shops
  • Maintenance of product data and imagesProduct photography for online shops
  • Optimization of user-friendliness and design
  • Shopware / CosmoShop experience useful, but not required
• Print design:
  • Development and implementation of printed products such as
  • Print basics: flyers, brochures, posters and business cards
  • Marketing: LED walls, exhibition stands, promotional items
  • Creation of layouts according to customer requirements
  • Preparation of print data
• Web design:
  • Design and maintenance of websites and landing pages
  • Implementation of web projects taking into account current web standards and customer requirements
  • Integration of multimedia elements
• Offers and orders:
  • Creation of offers for customer projects
  • Processing and handling of customer orders
  • Coordination with suppliers and printers
• Customer contact:
  • Advice and support for our customers on projects
  • Communication by email, telephone and in person
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
