Overview

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The IT department takes care all matters relating to information technology. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Theoretical and well-founded analysis of current developments around the topic of GenAI with reference to the company
• Identification and derivation of a (research) gap with a focus on practical relevance
• Development of an overarching GenAI concept for PowerCo in order to make PowerCo data-driven with the possibilities of GenAI
• Identification / derivation of requirements, limitations, assumptions and identification of implications for working with GenAI from a compliant, ethical and data governance perspective
• Empirical and well-founded approach for the development of a knowledge contribution for the scientific community and for PowerCo

What You Bring To The Team

• Enrolled in a Master\'s program in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and Generative AI
• Experience in scientific research, literature analysis and identification of practice-relevant research gaps
• Basic understanding of data governance, AI ethics and regulatory frameworks for GenAI
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business implications
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with scientific and business stakeholders
