Looking for Creative Marketing Support for Queer Horror Romance Student Film
We’ve just finished our student film Star Crossed - a 50-minute queer horror romance about two best friends fresh out of high school who travel to Berlin, where their growing feelings for each other are tested by a mysterious figure only one of them can see.
It’s a story about love, friendship, fear, and Berlin’s vibrant queer scene. The film is fully complete (color grading, professional sound design, poster, and trailer all ready). We’re super proud of the acting and the energy of the film - it’s fun to watch, emotional, and we believe it can really connect with queer audiences and Berlin’s art-loving community.
Because it’s 50 minutes, it doesn’t fit neatly into festival categories, and we don’t want to repeat the mistake of sending it to the wrong festivals, not getting traction, and just posting it online for no one to see. We want to do it justice and make sure it finds the audience it deserves.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey with us, helping to push the film out into the world and staying on board along the way.
We don’t have a big budget, but we have a finished film, a lot of passion, and the will to get creative.
If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, or if you know someone who might, please reach out at [emailprotected] !
Let’s get this film seen by the people who will love it! :)
