As part of the founding EU team, you will help support PSA’s mission to bring expertise, innovation, and trust to the collectibles market, empowering our customers to protect, showcase, and grow their collections. As the Marketing Manager for PSA, EU, you will be leading all key marketing initiatives for our presence in the EU with the intention to drive usage of the PSA platform and services, and to spread awareness for our brand. You will be a jack-of-all-trades and own the overall marketing strategy and execution across all major touchpoints - Email, Social, Web, Events, etc. Your primary focus will be driving meaningful growth and accelerating the territory.

You’ll report to the General Manager, PSA, EU, and work onsite from our office in Germany based in the Greater Frankfurt area with occasional travel to other EU sites or US office locations.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute marketing strategies (e.g. Go-To-Market) and plans for growing PSA’s presence in the EU

Manage and own all marketing channels for PSA in the EU

Measure, evaluate and report on marketing initiatives

Maintain, coordinate and execute a marketing calendar including: social media, website updates, events, trade shows, product launches, partnerships, and promotions

Oversee the creation of marketing materials including website content, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create cohesive brand messaging and campaigns

Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI

Supervise and mentor marketing team members or external agencies as required.

Use every marketing tool available to drive meaningful growth in EU

Work closely with the US Marketing Team to localize global marketing initiatives and execute in the EU market

Build key relationships with community partners and likeminded brands

Stand-up MarTech like CRM systems or CMS tools

Who You Are:

10+ years of experience in the marketing field, preferably 5+ years as a marketing lead with demonstrated success

Growth-minded marketer looking to accelerate the territory

Expertise handling both strategy and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, comfortable with adapting and prioritizing projects in a fast-changing environment

Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions

Experience in supervising a team, and ability to drive influence and facilitate change collaborating with key stakeholders

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management and presentation skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Familiar with managing social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Knowledge of the trading card space or collectibles space is a plus

Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
