About the Role

Flower&Klein is looking for a dynamic Managing Consultant to drive the expansion of our client base across Germany. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and various industry channels.
  • Research and prospect new leads to build a strong, consistent business development pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold outreach and inbound inquiries
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Research organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by identifying their needs and aligning them with our services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions
Collaboration & Business Development Strategy
  • Work closely with colleagues globally to develop business opportunities and create synergies.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Develop competitive proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
Sales & Performance Management
  • Manage sales activities, including planning, client visits, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of correspondence and client interactions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand brand presence.
What we are looking for
  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in executive search, consulting, or B2B services
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • A proactive mindset with a hunger to chase and close new business

Required skills & experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the Recruiting industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • A proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and developing partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
  • A drive to seek new business.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a growing and dynamic (rapidly evolving) environment with a multitasking approach.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
