Overview

Manager (m/f/d) Sales & Marketing Entertainment Systems, Pro Audio Division

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow Yamaha’s presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with Yamaha’s global strategy.

Your duties
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha’s Entertainment ProAudio portfolio (digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, speakers, etc.)
  • Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and Export countries)
  • Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in cooperation with the European marketing team
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Represent Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams
The ideal candidate
  • Has proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
  • Has strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
  • Holds a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification and has developed excellent skills in the relevant fields of competence
  • Has shown leadership qualities in international teams and is willing to motivate and inspire people
  • Is a strategic worker with a hands-on mentality
  • Is an authentic communicator able to bridge cultures
  • Is familiar with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system) and able to analyze data and KPIs
  • Is looking to challenge traditional ways of working and make progress for his/her team
  • Is willing to accept changing working hours and travel across Europe
  • Has fluent German and English language skills
