We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Manager Business Intelligence (f/m/d)

to support our global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function. Reporting to the Director Revenue Growth, this role plays a key part in turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial planning, execution and reporting.

You will work at the interface between business and technology and in close collaboration with global and regional teams to deliver data models, reporting frameworks and strategic analyses that enhance commercial decision-making and revenue optimization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify growth opportunities across pricing, promotion, value chain and channel strategies
  • Support pricing simulations and revenue modelling to forecast and assess the impact of strategic pricing decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau) to map operational and strategic KPIs
  • Perform complex data analyses from various systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, DWH) and define metrics and standards for data quality, consistency and availability
  • Document data models, data sources and analysis processes to ensure transparency and reusability
  • Act as a subject matter expert between RGM and IT function to translate business and reporting requirements into actionable recommendations
  • Be a key analytical contributor to a long-term Commercial Excellence initiative and support other strategic projects with data-driven insights

Your Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completed studies in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
  • First years of professional experience in Data Analytics/BI/Controlling/Data Science
  • Proficiency in excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Experience in processing and interpreting complex and large amounts of data and communicating to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking skills paired with strong business acumen
  • First knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional analytics or trade spend optimization is a plus
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
  • Highly analytical, organized, self-motivated and comfortable working in a cross‑functional environment
