We’re looking for a motivated Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its global logistics and supply chain operations.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on coordinating global transportation, managing third-party relationships, and scaling logistics operations across borders, and get the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to strategic initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate global transportation of goods, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third-party logistics providers to maintain smooth operations
• Open new trade lanes by identifying and onboarding new partners globally
• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers through quality delivery and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product, growth, and engineering teams
• Use Salesforce and other tools to support logistics execution and management
• Continuously push for operational excellence and personal growth

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• You have 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• You are data-driven, with experience using KPIs and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
• You have a track record of optimizing logistics costs while maintaining high standards of performance
• You’ve had experience scaling logistics operations internationally
• You are fluent in German

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
