Linux Trainer

Location : Germany (MUST speak fluent German) - remote

Salary : Competitive

Our client, a global L&D consultancy, is looking for German-speaking Linux Trainers. This role may suit an experienced trainer or a Linux Engineer / Systems Administrator looking to transition into training.

The client will support you in obtaining some RedHat certifications to enable you to deliver training to end customers. These include:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (EX200)
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) exam for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (EX294)

Additionally, completing the Red Hat Certified Instructor (RHCI) training is required.

Both exams (RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCI) must be passed within 10 weeks of onboarding.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

1. Gain Redhat certifications before starting training and deliver approximately 39 days of training per quarter.
2. Deliver high-quality training to end customers.
3. Ensure zero complaints from customers.
4. Support the Red Hat curriculum team in conducting trainer upskilling and train-the-trainer sessions.
5. Maintain continuous learning by upskilling and achieving additional certifications, aiming for 4 certifications per year.
6. Prepare and design training content based on Red Hat courses tailored to customer needs.
7. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for course material design and assist the Red Hat curriculum team in reviewing learning content.
