Job Requirements

• Degree in engineering, Math, Physics, computer science or related subjects
• Strong technical knowledge in exterior automotive lighting, including light and heat technology, tools & production, LED modules and ECUs, levelling system development, headlamp cleaning systems, and homologation processes
• Proficiency in CAD, especially CATIA V5
• Experience as a team leader or technical project manager
• Knowledge of VW group tools and operational rules
• Understanding of vehicle development processes
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for business trips
• Fluent in English; German and Italian are advantageous
