Commercial Banking Tribe Domain
You’ll join the Commercial Bank Tribe Domain, focused on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany, a designated area for growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of approximately 800,000 clients across 3 brands, i.e. establishing the BizBanking platform including the development of digital sales and service processes as well as automation of processes for this client segment. Our tribe is on a journey of extensive digitisation of business processes and migrating our applications to the cloud. We work closely with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers from other areas to achieve a highly automated and adaptable process and application landscape.

As Lead Solution Architect AI (f/m/x) you will work on designing AI solutions for our digital servicing processes.

Your key responsibilities are

• Recommendation and design of appropriate AI solutions and services for automation of our service processes
• Analysis of existing processes, underlying system landscape and development of plans and roadmaps for AI-based automation based on business requirements for future processes
• Solution design of complex processes, definition of strategic and sustainable solutions within our IT infrastructure
• Working in a cross-disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy and actively engage in the engineering community, share your knowledge and build a solid network

Your skills and experiences / Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• A master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science and several years of working experience as a solution architect for Artificial Intelligence in the financial industry
• Profound experience in AI & Machine Learning frameworks, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering and Data Science
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in programming languages and tools, especially Java, APIs, databases, CI/CD pipeline
• Very good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills (fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus)
