What You Bring:

• Strong Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 5 years of robust experience in backend development for large-scale enterprise applications.

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with backend programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate) and a solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Microservices Mastery: Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, with hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Security and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of security principles, compliance, and data privacy - especially as they pertain to the healthcare domain.

• Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and empowering developers, guiding teams through complex technical challenges while promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
