Macgregor Black are partnering with a Globally Recognised Premium Consumer Goods company in the search for a Key Account Manager – Southern Europe. This is a permanent role, based in our Hamburg office with the option of hybrid working.

As Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop strategic retail accounts across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, building long-term partnerships with leading retailers and distributors while driving sales growth, profitability, and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors across Southern Europe.
  • Develop tailored account strategies to meet regional growth objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutual value.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
  • Analyse performance data to provide accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ Key Account Management experience within branded consumer goods.
  • Proven success managing Southern European retail accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English and ideally French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel within Southern Europe (including overnight stays).
