Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales Growth :

Drive OEM sales across Czechia, Eastern Europe and the Balkan region with a strong hunter mentality

Leverage a solid technical background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Utilize deep knowledge of market dynamics, business models, and OEM ecosystems to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEM clients

Use your established network to accelerate business development and strengthen market presence

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to delivery

Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships through a customer‑centric approach

Proactively identify high‑potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships

Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • A technical or business‑related degree OR vocational training with advanced qualifications OR significant and proven experience in the cable industry with application in sectors like automotive, white goods, agriculture machinery, and / or construction.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
Skills & Competencies
  • A "hunter" mindset : proactive, goal‑oriented, and motivated by closing deals and growing business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Customer‑focused approach with the ability to understand technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (50-75%).
