Main Responsibilities

In your new role as Junior Sales Manager you will be contributing to the success of our Huawei Cloud Group by taking over following tasks:

  • Present, promote and sell our products and services to our existing and prospective customers and partners
  • Analyze, develop, and implement a strategic action plan for your region and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results
  • Proof your team player skills and collaborate closely with your peers maximizing synergies, driving sales efforts
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective business relations aiming for maximized customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate processes, workflows and communication channels with the aim to achieve targets within schedule
Requirements
  • Graduate student with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Sales Engineering or similar field of studies
  • First work experience in sales environment (ideally within telecommunications) preferred
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced multinational team with the ability to adapt flexibly to changing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and target-driven team player mindset
Language requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
