  • Accompany the entire sales process, from initial contact to project start.
  • Work closely with PreSales Consultants to analyze customer processes.

Want to get started in IT sales—or take the next step in your career? With us, you'll play an important role in selling our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. Together with experienced colleagues, you'll learn how to inspire customers, win projects, and build long‑term relationships.

  • You will accompany the entire sales process – from the initial contact to the start of the project.
  • You will work closely with our PreSales Consultants and learn how to analyze customer processes and present suitable solutions.
  • You will hold discussions, give presentations, and lead workshops with potential customers – initially together with mentors, and later independently.
  • You will develop ideas on how we can position our solutions even better in the market.
  • You will work hand in hand with partners such as Microsoft.

If you already have experience in the Microsoft environment: perfect. If not – no problem! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Your profile
  • Initial experience in sales (e.g., through internships, work‑study programs, initial professional experience)
  • Enthusiasm for IT, business processes, and modern technologies
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Initiative, willingness to learn and perform, and team spirit
  • Very good German skills and solid English skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer appointments
