A leading confectionery company in Stadtallendorf is seeking a Junior R&D Technical Product Developer to improve production processes and ensure product quality. Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed degree in food technology or state-certified technician specializing in process engineering.
  • First professional experience in food production.
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office.
  • First experiences in dealing with databases.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team.
  • Committed, logical and process-oriented approach to work.
  • Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian would be a plus.

  • Rationalization and improvement of production technology and processes.
  • Continuous improvement of existing products in cooperation with technology and production units.
  • Ensuring the quality performance of products, especially for sensory properties.
  • Developing technological and quality improvements for existing products.
  • Ensuring the industrialization phase of new products.
  • Coordination of all product development trials up to industrialization.
