At Edgewell Personal Care you’ll join a diverse and nurturing team working together to deliver accurate market forecasts and drive business success. As a Junior Local Demand Planner you’ll play a vital role in supporting our forecasting processes and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities

• Gather and challenge local market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
• Input market insights and maintain cannibalisation data ensuring effective communication with the Central team.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and help communicate supply constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting through feedback loops with Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Central and local teams to analyse forecast accuracy and support new product launches.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got

We’re looking for someone with some experience in Supply Chain ideally with a background in Demand Planning. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English (German B2 is a plus) and strong collaboration and communication skills. You should be a self‑starter, customer‑focused and comfortable working in multicultural teams.
