Role: (Junior) Account Executive (x2)

Location: Rhein-Neckar area (Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Frankfurt, Stuttgart)

  • If unsuccessful, we have agreed to consider other regions.

Language: German (native)

WFH policy: Ideally 2x per week in the office (not mandatory, more flexible if in Stuttgart or Frankfurt)

Industry: Supply Chain AI

Product: AI-based Decision Intelligence platform

Size and functions of local team: 60 FTE, including 1 VP, 2 SDRs, and 5 AEs (after all positions are filled)

Role description:

  1. Targeting 100% net new logo, with an ARR of 500-800k (depending on seniority/salary)
  2. Markets: DACH, mainly Germany
  3. Verticals: Retail, Consumer Goods, Logistics, Manufacturing
  4. ICP: Mid-Market & Enterprise, $100 million revenue
  5. ADS: $60-80k ARR (initial), up to 10x expansion (not part of AE role)
  6. ASC: 6 weeks to 6 months
  7. Focus on 100 accounts; if no traction, refresh
  8. 50-70% of opportunities from SDRs (1 SDR for 2 AEs)
  9. Additional opportunities from Marketing (webinars, events, executive dinners, etc.)
  10. No average attainment numbers; most of the team started in the last 6-12 months
  11. Ramp-up target: 3 quarters (75%, 50%, 25%)

  2. 300% growth last year; on pace for 300% this year (currently at 5 million ARR)

Must-haves:

  • 1 year Account Executive experience (B2B SaaS)
  • High potential candidates (e.g., Master’s degree, side projects, great internships)

  • 2+ years AE experience
  • BDR experience
  • Experience selling Supply Chain AI or similar solutions
  • Experience with companies like o9, Blue Yonder, Remira, Signavio, Kinaxis, Capterra, QAD, e2open, etc.
  • Ability to solve complex problems

Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 120k OTE with 50/50 split VSOPS
